Re:      Recommendation of Evangelist Neil Smith

I am writing to recommend Evangelist Neil Smith for your consideration. He has faithfully served the Lord for many years and both he and his family have an honourable testimony.  With a heart to help Pastors and to see revival among God’s people, I would ask you to please pray about having him preach during a special day, event or meeting at your church. He also will gladly fill the pulpit for you should you need someone while you are away. He has stood in my stead several times and has always been a blessing to our people. I know you can trust him to be used of God to strengthen your people.

Since moving to Rockhampton 3 years ago after leaving the pastorate at Caloundra Bible Baptist Church, Bro Neil has been teaching in our Bible Institute and has greatly contributed to the development of the Missions Courses and other Bible subjects. As the leader responsible for the Missions and Discipleship program of our church, Neil is a great asset to the work of the Lord here at Rockhampton and I whole heartedly commend him to do the work of an evangelist.

Bro Neil has preached in several Independent Baptist churches in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Germany and the United States and has been a blessing on every occasion. The following are some comments I have received from preachers:-
